1. Why didn't I receive a confirmation email upon subscribing?
Our domain is still very new as we have just set up this website not long ago, hence, certain email providers would then identify us as spam depending on the spam detection algorithm being used.
Please check your spam folder, and you should receive a confirmation email from email@example.com as shown below
2.Why did I receice the following warning in my inbox?
You would most likely receive this warning message in your subscription confirmation email for the very first time if you are a ProtonMail user. This happens as the default email domain configured by our CMS system differs from our registered email domain.
We are still resolving this issue with our CMS provider, however, we expect this would only happen when you subscribe for the first time or perform a log in from the subscribe button on the page. The newsletter that you would receive after subscription however, would not face this issue.
All user interactions (subscription/ log in) would be handled by firstname.lastname@example.org while all newsletter would be sent from email@example.com.
